About Kimberly

A woman with wavy brown hair that has purple tips, wearing glasses and a blue blouse, sitting on a beige sofa, smiling, and holding an open notebook.

I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and as a military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique challenges associated with military service and sacrifice. I believe that every person is unique and deserves a personalized therapeutic approach; I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Life can present unexpected challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate them.

My Services

Living room with cream walls, sunlight shining through a window, gray upholstered sofa, wooden dining table and chairs, a black office chair, bookshelf with books and plants, and hanging plant in the foreground.

I work with adults who are navigating change, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of where they are and what comes next. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences, therapy offers a space to slow down and begin working through it in a more supported way. I provide individual therapy and relationship counseling, including EMDR, with an approach that is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your needs—so you can show up consistently and start creating meaningful, lasting change.
