I provide a supportive space where you can take a step back and better understand what you’re experiencing. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of a difficult situation, we’ll work together to find an approach that fits your needs and helps you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can impact how you think, feel, and move through your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to these experiences and use practical, evidence-based strategies to help you feel more grounded, supported, and able to manage what’s coming up.
Life Transitions
Periods of change—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming and uncertain. As someone who understands the impact of frequent transitions, I offer a space to process what you’re going through and help you find clarity as you adjust to what’s next.
Work Stress
Work-related stress can take a toll on your mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. We’ll look at what’s contributing to that stress and work together to develop tools and boundaries that help you feel more balanced and supported in your daily life.

Relationships can be complex, and there’s no one “right” way to be in one. I work with couples and partners to navigate communication challenges, conflict, and disconnection in a way that feels supportive and non-judgmental. My approach is affirming of all relationship structures, including non-traditional and sex-positive dynamics, and focused on helping you build a relationship that works for you.
Couples Workshops
The Seven Principles Workshop for Couples is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in his New York Times bestselling book-The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. This educational workshop is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills.
The Seven Principles Workshop includes lectures and private couple exercises. This is an educational group; couples will not be sharing their personal problems in front of others.
Sex-Positive Therapy
I provide an affirming, non-judgmental space for individuals exploring identity, relationships, and sexuality. This includes support for those in non-traditional or alternative lifestyles, where you can speak openly and be met with respect, understanding, and care.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy approach that has been shown to help individuals recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences. Unlike some other therapeutic methods, it does not require clients to talk in detail about painful experiences or complete homework between sessions. Instead, EMDR uses a neuroscience-based approach to help the brain process unresolved traumatic memories, allowing the mind to resume its natural healing process.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
CPT is a structured, evidence-based treatment that primarily helps individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) understand and change the way they think about their trauma. The primary goal of CPT is to help people process traumatic events and reduce the distressing symptoms associated with PTSD.

Military life comes with unique challenges that most people don’t understand: constant moves, long separations, career disruptions, and the weight of always being “the strong one.” Whether you’re active duty, a veteran, or a military spouse, there are many invisible burdens you carry and you don’t have to carry them alone.

Supervision is the cornerstone of postgraduate training and professional development. Graduate school often does an excellent job of conceptualizing complex life challenges into manageable and understandable examples through textbooks and classroom vignettes, but the reality new therapists encounter in practice is often not as clear-cut. It is imperative that new clinicians find a supervisor who can help translate academic knowledge into ethical, real-world practice. I am passionate about supporting new generations of high quality clinicians.
All individual and couples counseling sessions are conducted via Telehealth on an easy to use, HIPPA secure video platform.
